I mean, I know he survives in the books (Chloe gives up one of her lives SOMEHOW to save him?) but they don't always follow the books and I don't think they intend to.
I'm not a Brian/Chloe shipper, but I'm pretty sure if the show comes back, there is now way ALL of those people died. One of them - either Jasmine or Valentina or Brian - has to survive. Somehow.
They better save my bb Jas or I will be devastated. I want Jas-centric plotlines aboutinheriting the pride and what that MEANS for a orphaned high school girl who is also kind of Chloe's Giles :(
I kinda think it would tighten up theshow to kill off Brian and have Chloe pick up where he left off regarding his family stuff. 1) he always showed her everything at each step, 2) chloe would have the motivation of seeing finishing Brian's mission as catharsis, 3) less dragging scenes lol, 4) set detective Chloe Amy and Paul = always amazing and this way they don't have to only rely on chloe's dad or MoTW plotlines to utilize it, 5) more scenes to have Chloe repress-angst obsessively to avoid obsessing over not so real Dad OR HER MAYBE DEAD MOM, leaving her friends and Alek conflicted to derail her from it and risk her completely falling apart until she hops a bus out of town and changes her name to Anne.
And that's only one angle of benefits for axing him!
My $$ is also on killing off everyone except jasmine, yes even chloe's mom! Butonly so mid season it can be revealed the order has her stashed away! Because she isn't decomposing! Because Chloe was raised to see her as her mother as strongly as a biological chord and it awakens a prayer to the Egyptian mother Isis to protect her so now she's in a living death like what neo queen Serenity put everyone in after the black moon attacked in the 30th century! Until she suddenly isnt and the order wants to brainwash her! And somehow the second half of season two is allll a huge epic payoff of their conversation in s1 how nothing could keep her from Chloe or protecting her!
