SO THIS IS ME IN THE SPACE OF TWO HOURS

ep 1/2 was the most epic thing i have ever seen. it was more epic than the season two finale of vampire diaries but that isn't saying much.

on to episode six god damn~

Enjoy your stay! There are probably only about 3 episdoes I found mediocre or a little on the "trying too hard," side but they all had elements(lol) that were enjoyable.

I love that macro you used!

AHAHAHAHA THIS IS PERFECT. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

Did any of them include the focus on the kids? Because my attention drifts when it does on them and their cutie mark probs.

TUMBLR HAS EVERYTHING!

Yeah, I only really liked one of the cutie mark crusader eps and that was the origin of the main cast's marks.

Most fans say Over a Barrel and Pinkie Keen have kind of weird moral things going on too. Like Buffalos=native Americans which I thought was rather blatant.

And the other one which gives Pinkie powers and focuses on skepticism and having faith and weird almost pseudo religious connotations. But I'd like to think that's not what they were really going for. :\

(These eps did give us Braeburn and Little Strongheart though. And Braeburn is totally fly.)

I JUST WATCHED OVER A BARREL AND I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Like I was legit about to bite my nails I was so nervous if they were going to pull off such a horrible topic well or if it would be a hot mess of First Nations stereotypes and whitewashing. And it sort of was, but it wasn't? (It DID get pretty dark. And not dark like the pilot episode, like DARK) It really just shouldn't have been done.

"THAT WAS THE WORST PERFORMANCE WE HAVE EVER SEEN" was a major laugh out loud moment though. Poor Pinkie.

I ship Pinkie/Braeburn so they can be random and talk over everyone obliviously together.

As for Pinkie Keen, yeah that was just a bunch of random Loony Tunes stuff the way Twilight kept getting hurt. Usually the show is pretty good about continuity, but that stuff had never been hinted at and never brought up since. As for the "moral" I bet Princess Celestia was like, "okay now Twilight's just bullshitting these."

I second chameleon. Welcome to the herd, brony.

The first time I saw the second episode, it made me cry.

And that macro is just perfect for that. For some reason, I like to eat while watching this show. Weird compulsion is weird.

I was close, but I did not actually spill the tears. Then the jewels were never mentioned again lol. Which makes me sad, because I was ready for some more Sailor Moon shout outs.

Right?! I want pie like every episode. And apples. And cupcakes. And Lucky Charms. I want literal sugar for the visual sweetness overloading my optic nerves.

Luna is supposed to show up in season 2. After Faust "leaving," hopefully the writers aren't forced to Hasbro everything and make it dumb. D:

It'd have been so cool if they were allowed to make an arc like the first two episodes, but comedy and stand-alone is cool too.
